For years I just threw a stiff slice of refrigerated pizza into the microwave and found a gooey mess...
Now, I preheat the oven to 350* and put a slice or two of pizza on a piece of foil, and litterally within 5-8 minutes I have the perfect pizza again, but sometimes even better, and crisper. For a softer crust, I can put it on a cookie sheet, or a dark baking dish.
